Cotton Canine scarves are proudly made in America! Our production studio is in Clovis, California where our designer and skilled craftspeople team up to create scarves that are comfortable and stylish for beloved dogs near and far.

How do I know what size dog scarf to order?
To make sure you order the correct size for your Canine Companion’s dog scarf, measure their neck circumference up at the top of their neck, just below their ears, and add 1 or 2 inches for comfort.
Refer to our Size Chart to determine which size best accommodates your dog’s neck measurement.

Should I anticipate shrinkage?
We diligently pre-wash our fabrics before we begin to sew the scarves, to ensure that our premium cotton handmade dog scarves remain wearable and true to size.

How should I care for my dog scarves?
To keep the cotton colors vibrant, wash with cold water and lay flat to air dry.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, and ship within 5 - 7 business days. We use the US Postal Service (USPS) as well as USPS Priority Mail to ship packages. Packages under 2 pounds are generally shipped via USPS, while packages weighing 2 pounds, or more are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

What if I don’t receive my order?
While we are committed to shipping your order promptly, occasionally there are carrier delays outside of our control. For a package that has not been delivered or monitored in transit activity within 10 days of the last USPS scan, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Let us know if you need more of our attention!
We accept returns of scarves in new condition. We are unable to accept scarves previously used or previously washed.

Returns received within 30 days of original ship date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.

Returns received within 31-60 days of original ship date will receive store credit.

We cannot accept returns after 60 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a
complimentary return label.

How do I exchange an item?
While we’re proud of the boutique-style collections we bring to you, each design is produced in limited quantities. Thus, we don’t offer exchanges. Return your new scarf for a full refund and place a new order for a new item.
